Renovation Projects

Browns Construction specialise in renovation of properties in and around the Bath area. We are experienced in the renovation of listed buildings and always aim to re-use existing fittings or if they are missing or not salvageable we will incorporate reclaimed materials from local suppliers.

The photographs here show a neo-georgian style landscaping and renovation project we undertook at a garden in Gay Street in Bath. The project included the renovation of a 120 year old Victorian greenhouse, and the Bath Stone walling. We also incorporated a solid Bath stone water reel and a green oak loggia with a traditional rain chain and lead roof. PLEASE CLICK EACH THUMBNAIL TO ENLARGE THE IMAGE.

As a result of this project we have now gained approval from English Heritage to renovate a Doctor's study which includes solid wood panelling with hand-carved symbols located in the same street.
